The Broward County YMCA came to Blackstone with a static website and no content plan. They were posting things online just to get them out there. They wanted a major overhaul with custom content management that was easy to update and could handle 7 locations in Broward County. After a complete logo rebrand, 175 pages of content created across all locations in Broward County, member registration integration, job postings, and a navigation that helped members find the activities they were looking for, the new website was launched.

Over the first 6 months, Blackstone helped the unique visitors double to over 19,000 month. Membership registration online increased over 13%, and class participation and registration increased over 34%. Later, Blackstone helped the non-profit manage their own content by training staff to manage and upload content and control who was posting what and when.
